CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy is to ensure that Dexshow High Performance (DHP) trainees maintain the commitment they made to themselves to pursue their goals in health, wellness, strength, and performance.
– Trainees are held fully responsible for booking training sessions corresponding to their level of membership or package through the software provided on the DHP website. Purchased training programs include an emailed link to give the trainee their entitled services and it is possible to set up a user account for quicker and easier booking.
– Booked training sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled session without penalty or forfeiture of the session. It is advised to reschedule as soon as possible to maintain your training program’s continuity.
– If the trainee is more than 15 minutes late to a session, without notice, the session is forfeited. If the trainee provides notice of tardiness, the session will continue as scheduled but will end at the originally scheduled time.
– It is the responsibility of the trainee to book the training sessions corresponding to their membership/package in the allotted time period given for the purchased membership/package. Any unused sessions within the outlined time period of the purchased membership/package DO NOT roll over and are forfeited.
– Cancellations or rescheduling is not permitted within 12 hours of the original session time. Late cancels inside of this window AND/OR no-shows count towards the trainee’s membership or package allowance and will be forfeited.
– Memberships may be changed or cancelled after the initial 3 months. Termination of membership requires 30 days written notice to DHP through email.
– Packages may not be changed or cancelled.
– Requests to cancel or extend membership or training packages due to extenuating circumstances such as injury, extended illness, or relocation outside of the Greater Vancouver Area will be considered on an individual basis. All requests must be supported by valid documentation such as a qualified doctor’s note and deemed adequate by DHP.
– NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
