Dexshow High Performance in 2020

With my first post, I’ll keep it brief:

A new decade? Yes, the last 10 years have flown by for me – I was mostly playing a “child’s game” as a job for much of it. In 2018, I retired from professional hockey and immediately entered the Strength and Conditioning field to help others to make the best of their sporting opportunities. Since then, I’ve also developed a passion for helping to guide general population adults on their health and wellness journeys. This past year, 2019, was the first full year in business for Dexshow High Performance and it surpassed my expectations. Growing from no more than word-of mouth, hockey players started joining DHP to improve performance, increase injury resiliency, and learn from someone who did it for a decade. Throughout 2019, I gained experience and time in the trenches working for and learning from my mentors Kari Negraiff and Steve Di Tomaso at Envision Fitness, honing my craft coaching hockey goalies aged 10-28, and learning new science and methods in the Strength and Conditioning field. Later in the year, baseball players started coming to DHP for training… and then parents of the athletes began to train. Results never lie and I’m tremendously excited for a bigger and better 2020 for Dexshow High Performance.

Get strong, stay strong.
